• Pizzeria Sterba – Somewhat outside Velden in Lind ob Velden, but worth the drive,

   very good pizzas, closed on Mondays

• Restaurant Alt Wienerhof – Very tasty, great festive menus, 11:30-22:00 in July and August

• Steakhaus Goritschnigg – 19:00-23:00, very good steaks fresh from the butcher,

   open from May, for large appetites

• Bistro im Hotel Hubertushof – Has a great wine cellar
